GPAQ Touchscreen - News Touch-screen question templates for an additional questionnaire Touch-screen question templates for an additional questionnaire enable a practice to devise its’ own questionnaire to fulfill one of the requirements for Patient Experience Questionnaire points in the current QOF contract: 'PE 6 “The Practice will consider the case for collecting additional information on patient experience for example through surveys of patients with specific illnesses” (30 points). It is possible to set the additional questionnaire to run only for a specified group of patients. Removal of quesiton 12 (Overall Satisfaction) from the GPAQ Questionnaire. Question 12 (Overall satisfaction with the Practice) has been dropped from the GPAQ paper questionnaire because it was thought that anomalous answers were being given to the question due to its’ presentation on the paper page. This has not been a problem for the Touch-screen questionnaire. To facilitate year by year comparison of data from the Touch-screen questionnaire question 12 remains in the program. The option to turn off this question has been provided so that a Practice which enters data manually from the paper questionnaire may continue to do so.
